On Christmas Day, our original plan was to fly from Midland to Love Field on Friday morning but with David's sickness, we decided that driving was a better option. So, we rented a car, loaded up on Christmas morning, and headed east. We rolled in around 5:00 to the welcoming arms of the Moore family.
Jill had a delicious Christmas dinner awaiting us, even with a non-functioning kitchen sink! Yikes! Soon we moved into the living room for a reading of the Christmas story and then it was on to gifts!
Silas shows Aunt Allison how to open gifts.
I think Silas looks so grown-up sitting in this little chair.

Again, we are so blessed to celebrate God's great gift with people we love so much!
